Age and identification
Every guest must be able to present an original, valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national identity card or photo driving licence. Photocopies, screenshots, expired documents and altered identification may be rejected.
Where permitted by law, suspected false identification may be retained and referred to the relevant authorities. The name or age on a ticket does not replace the requirement to provide acceptable ID at the door.
Dress code
We ask guests to arrive smart, stylish and ready for the venue. Appropriate jeans, T-shirts and clean branded trainers are welcome. Tracksuits, sportswear and clothing that management considers unsafe, offensive or unsuitable for the Club are not permitted.
Admission remains subject to the door team's assessment. A refusal based on failure to meet the dress code does not qualify for a refund.
Search and safety
As a condition of entry and continued attendance, guests agree to reasonable security searches before entry and, where necessary, inside the Club. Personal searches will be carried out by a member of the same sex. Refusal to cooperate may result in refusal of entry or removal without a refund.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs and weapons. A guest reasonably suspected of possessing, supplying or seeking drugs, or carrying a weapon or other dangerous item, may be searched, removed or detained where lawful, and the matter may be reported to the police.
Admission and conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a guest where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, licensing compliance or the enjoyment of others, subject to applicable law.
- Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or further service.
- Threatening, discriminatory, violent, abusive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Guests must follow reasonable instructions from venue staff and security.
Advertised event times do not necessarily state door-opening, last-entry, performance or closing times. Arrive with enough time for entry checks.
Refunds
All prepaid tickets and packages are sold on a non-refundable basis. No refund is due where admission is refused or a guest is removed for failing an age or ID check, breaching the dress code, refusing a search, appearing intoxicated, behaving unsafely or breaking these Terms of Entry.
This does not affect any refund right that applies when an event is cancelled or any mandatory right under applicable law. See our Purchase Policy for details.
Photography and recording
Casual personal photography is permitted unless staff tell you otherwise. Unauthorised professional, promotional or commercial photography, live streaming, filming or audio recording is prohibited. Guests who do not stop when asked may be removed from the Club.
Promotional, commercial, security and event photography or audio-visual recording may take place in and around the Club. By entering, you acknowledge that your image or voice may be captured incidentally and used by Taj Mahal for security, archival, promotional and commercial purposes in any media, to the extent permitted by law.
Sound and lighting
The Club uses high-volume music, strobe lighting, lasers, haze and other special effects. Prolonged exposure to loud sound may damage hearing. Guests should use hearing protection and take appropriate precautions, particularly if they have photosensitive epilepsy, sensory sensitivity or another relevant condition.
