Introduction

Taj Mahal Sharm (“Taj Mahal”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates an online ticket shop for events at Taj Mahal Club in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. This Purchase Policy applies to tickets, packages and related items bought through our official website and ticket shop.

Tickets are sold for personal use and admission to the event shown on the order. They are not sold for unauthorised resale or commercial redistribution.

02

Eligibility and details

To place an order, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • provide complete and accurate contact and order information; and
  • be authorised to use the payment method submitted for the order.

If you purchase for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them. We may cancel an order, invalidate a ticket or restrict future purchases where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised use, abusive behaviour, illegal activity or a breach of these terms.

03

Your contract with us

Your order becomes binding when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. Your purchase is also subject to the event description, any special conditions displayed during checkout, and our Terms of Entry.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms that applied at the time of purchase. We may update this policy for future orders by publishing a revised version on this website.

04

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and compulsory charges will be shown before you confirm payment. Prices may change between events or sales periods, but a later price change does not alter a completed order.

Payments are processed securely by PayTabs. The payment methods available for your order appear on the PayTabs checkout page. Orders are subject to payment authorisation, fraud screening and successful collection of the full amount.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. Automated purchasing, unauthorised scripts and other attempts to bypass ticket limits are prohibited.

05

Ticket delivery

After payment is confirmed, your ticket and QR code are normally sent to the email address entered during checkout. You are responsible for entering an email address you can access and for checking your spam or junk folder.

Contact info@tajmahalsharm.com promptly if your confirmation does not arrive or the ticket details appear incorrect. Include the purchaser's name and order reference, but never email full payment-card details.

06

Using your ticket

Each ticket is a personal, revocable licence to attend the event shown. Keep the QR code secure and do not publish or share an image of it. The first valid scan may be treated as use of the ticket, and we are not responsible for admission problems caused by a QR code you disclosed to someone else.

We may require the original purchaser, ticket holder or guests in the booking to present the confirmation email, valid government-issued photo identification, or other reasonable proof connected with the order.

07

Transfer and resale

Ticket transfer may not be available for every event. Tickets must not be resold for profit, used in promotions, competitions or commercial packages, or combined with travel, accommodation or hospitality for resale without our prior written approval.

We may cancel tickets purchased above an advertised limit or tickets that we reasonably believe were obtained or transferred in breach of these terms or applicable law.

08

Event changes

Advertised opening times, performance times, artists, programming and production details may change. We will use reasonable efforts to contact affected purchasers when an event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, using the contact details provided with the order.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. Instructions and any response deadline will be included in the notice we send. Changes to supporting acts, set times, individual performers or non-essential production details are not normally treated as material changes.

09

Refunds and cancellations

All prepaid tickets and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase, except where the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, where we expressly offer a refund, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

If we cancel an event in full and do not reschedule it, we will refund the eligible ticket price using the original payment method. Certain separately identified service or processing charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Where we offer a refund for a rescheduled or materially altered event, you must request it within the deadline and follow the instructions in our notice. Missing that deadline may mean your ticket remains valid for the revised event and no refund is due.

10

Admission

Buying a ticket does not override the Terms of Entry. Admission is subject to age and identity checks, security searches, dress code, capacity and safe conduct. Refusal or removal resulting from a breach of the Terms of Entry does not qualify for a refund.

Exposure to loud music, strobe lighting, lasers and other production effects may be unsuitable for some guests. Take appropriate precautions and seek advice before attending if you may be sensitive to these effects.

11

Liability and force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, personal travel or accommodation costs, loss caused by your breach of these terms, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, government action, civil disturbance, terrorism, power or network failure, industrial action or safety emergencies. Any refund right expressly stated above remains subject to applicable law.

12

General terms

If part of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms do not create a partnership, agency or joint venture between you and us.

This Purchase Policy is governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
